We accept payments in the form of US Money Orders, US Personal Checks (must clear), PayPal or Cash (Dollars, Euros, Swiss Francs), sent at customer's risk.
Returns
Please contact us for information before returning anything. All returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order and no items over $50 should be removed from original packaging.
If you receive a damaged package, damage claims must be filed by customer with the delivering carrier and we should be notified immediately. We will replace the order if possible when payment is received from the carrier.
We will refund your postage on anything that is our error, but again, you must contact us first. An unauthorized return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. You may use the order link in the "my account" menu and click on the RETURN ITEM button. We will notify you via e-mail when a refund is received and processed.
Bullion items, where the price is based on spot price of gold or silver, are not eligible for refunds. Items sold “as is” may not be refunded as these are reduced to sell and often at a loss to us.
